It was a week of evil twins and deadly twists as the fallout of Marco’s murder played out and shocking secrets were revealed. What will Willow do now that she knows Trina and Kai are witnesses to her crime? Will Sidwell make his move against Sonny before the truth about Cullum comes out? It’s a very soapy General Hospital commentary for the week ending April 3, 2026.
If you are a soap fan, General Hospital was the show to watch this week. There was romance, action, shifting alliances, and even an evil twin twist. Let’s kick things off with the revelation that “Nathan” is in fact Cassius Faison, the long-lost brother of Nathan, Britt, and Peter.
Rise Of The Evil Twin on General Hospital
Many of us have long suspected that the man claiming to be Nathan was an imposter. It turns out we were right! This week, General Hospital casually dropped that bombshell at the end of Tuesday’s episode when “Nathan” paid Sidwell a visit.
I love when General Hospital catches us by surprise like that. Most soaps reserve big moments like that for Friday’s, but we are lucky to get cliffhangers on random days in the middle of the week, which is always a treat.
Cassius Clues
If you paid close attention, General Hospital has been giving us subtle clues that “Nathan” was not Nathan from the beginning. When he first appeared in town, he didn’t seem to show any interest in visiting the love of his life who was lingering in a coma. He also claimed not to have any memory of the past seven years yet he seemingly had no interest in finding out where he’d been. Very unlike Nathan.
As time went on, “Nathan” was shown to have forgotten a basic police procedure when he accidentally broke the chain of custody with a piece of evidence in an investigation. Curious, but quickly explained away. We also saw Britt bristle over the idea of James meeting his dad. Strange, but easily dismissed. Another clue dropped during a winter storm when Lulu and “Nathan” shared shots and secrets. “Nathan” confided that, as a child, his father would make him recite the periodic table as punishment. Nathan was raised by real estate investor Dan Reeves who was all about numbers. However, Faison dabbled in science.
Recently, we saw that “Nathan” had lost his skill swinging a baseball bat to the degree that he couldn’t even hit a ball. Very odd indeed. But the biggest clue came during a conversation with Agent 99 Jacks when Britt let it slip that Faison had “four” children. Josslyn didn’t catch the slip, but viewers did.
The Love of a Lifetime
For me, the real tell that “Nathan” was an imposter was his romance with Lulu. The real Nathan wouldn’t have fallen for Maxie’s best friend. Nathan would have insisted on visiting Maxie’s bedside, and he would have waited far more than a measly six months before even thinking about moving on. Maxie was his true love. He would have fought for their marriage. He also would have insisted on taking custody of his son. Maybe not right away, but certainly long before Maxie woke up. Nothing against Spinelli, but Nathan wouldn’t have let another man raise his son.
Back to Lulu. Nathan was too honorable of a man to have found comfort in Maxie’s best friend’s arms. He would have known how much that would have hurt Maxie, so he would have pulled away from Lulu long before knocking back shots and kissing her. I truly believe in my heart of hearts that Nathan would never have fallen for Lulu, even if they had bonded over their shared traumas.
The Twin Twist
General Hospital’s writers could have taken this storyline in several directions: memory mapping, latex mask, clone, etc. However, they opted to go old school by having it revealed that Cassius is Nathan’s identical twin. I applaud that decision because it is the most realistic. Sure, we have had a large number of identical evil twins pop up in Port Charles over the years, but so what? It’s far more believable than a latex mask or someone getting plastic surgery to look exactly like another.
Identical twins share nearly the same DNA, so it makes sense that Cassius’ DNA matched Nathan’s. I don’t recall if they checked Cassius’ fingerprints, but with Cullum in play that test result could have easily been altered. Perhaps Cullum had Cassius’ fingerprints exchanged with Nathan’s in the system before Cassius appeared in town. No one would have noticed because Nathan had been long dead.
Good Versus Evil
Now, the big question is just where on the spectrum between good and evil Cassius lands. It doesn’t look good. Through conversations with Sidwell, it was revealed that Cassius and Sidwell are old acquaintances. It was Cassius’ idea to infiltrate the police department by assuming his twin’s identity. We also learned that Cassius was in on the plot to frame Laura – and by lucky happenstance Sonny – for Dalton’s murder. I have to assume that Cassius is also fully aware of how Britt is being forced to cooperate by using that serum to ensure compliance.
But there’s no denying that Cassius is protecting Rocco too. Cassius hasn’t told Sidwell or Cullum about the teen being on the docks and firing the gun at Cullum. Despite his deception, Cassius seems to have genuine feelings for Lulu. Will he betray his side and earn redemption by doing the right thing in the end? I don’t know, but I suspect that his relationship with Lulu won’t survive regardless.
Then again, Lulu grew up worshiping Luke, who had done more than his fair share of dirty deeds.
Does Mutter Know?
Now, the question on everyone’s mind is what Liesl Obrecht knew. Was she aware of Cassius’ existence or did she unknowingly give birth to twins? If she knew, did she willingly give up Cassius to Faison or was she told Cassius had died?
My theory is that Liesl knew of the twins, and that she knew she couldn’t save both, so she gave Cassius to Faison and hid Nathan with her sister Madeline. Faison only learned of Nathan seven years ago, so that fits with General Hospital’s history. Who knows what lies Faison spun to Liesl about Cassius. For all we know, he told her that their son had died.
Liesl can’t get back from her trip fast enough. I need answers!
Evildoers Doing Evil
Meanwhile, evildoers do what evildoers do best.
Marco’s death has rocked Sidwell. He immediately blamed Sonny with absolutely zero evidence, and he’s determined to make Sonny pay sooner rather than later. Usually, super villains are smarter than an average kindergartner, but not Sidwell. From the start he’s been written as someone who is corrupt to his core and doesn’t much care about things like boundaries and collateral damage. If innocent people are hurt — or die — that is the price that Sidwell is willing to pay.
It’s not about avenging Marco. Sidwell wants to kill and Sonny is the biggest threat.
The problem with Sidwell is that he likes to target the children of his enemies, which is why Ace is living in Ireland, Michael was caught in an explosion, and Kristina nearly died in a fire. I’m worried because Sidwell isn’t interested in learning the truth. He’s going to act because he’s not exactly a patient man.
Danger on Spoon Island
If Sidwell wanted to know what happened to Marco, he would start by questioning Pascal. A good villain would be suspicious if his son was murdered on the same night that his partner-in-crime was gunned down. He would wonder what Cullum had been doing on the piers with Jason and Britt at the time of the shooting. Has he even visited the wicked WSB director? Called him on their burner phones? No, he’s too busy plotting Sonny’s punishment.
At General Hospital, Lucas and Britt quickly figured out that Cullum murdered Marco. However, when Lucas showed up at Wyndemere instead of setting Sidwell straight about the identity of Marco’s killer, Lucas decided to take Sidwell up on the offer to continue residing in the castle. I was surprised. It was definitely not what I had expected. But it does makes sense.
Lucas is determined that Marco’s death is not in vain. He’s going to finish what Marco started by stealing more vials of serum for Britt. That might be easier said than done now that drunken Pascal is grieving the love that got away. I might have felt sorry for the guy if I just didn’t despise him so much.
The Blame Game
A boozy Pascal is a messy, messy man. Pascal tried to blame Lucas for Marco’s death. The way Pascal sees it, Lucas led Marco astray by enlisting Marco’s help to steal the serum that keeps Britt’s Huntington’s disease symptoms at bay. (Side note: I think her tremors are a result of withdrawals from the medication that Cullum has been supplying her)
Let’s set aside the fact that Marco was up to his eyeballs in illegal activity including the kidnapping of a WSB agent. Marco courted danger every day because of he was fully submersed in his father ‘s world. No one forced Marco to do anything. He chose to throw his lot in with Sidwell in exchange for Sidwell’s promise to kill Sonny. Marco – wrongly – blamed Sonny for Natalia’s accidental overdose. In the end, Lucas helped Marco to see the error of Marco’s ways. Marco wanted to do the right thing, so he chose to help Britt. Marco knew the risks and the consequences if he was caught, but he did it despite the danger.
It was Pascal who sealed Marco’s fate with one ill-advised phone call to Cullum. Pascal needs to take a long hard look in the mirror if he wants to see the person responsible for Marco’s death. Then he needs to look at Cullum and finally at Sidwell. These are the men who put Marco in an early grave, not Lucas.
What’s Next?
Will Sidwell make a move against Sonny before he learns the truth about Cullum? I don’t know. I hope not because my gut tells me that Sidwell will attempt an eye-for-an-eye kind of punishment, which puts a target on all of Sonny’s children – possibly his grandchildren. Marco wasn’t innocent, but Sonny’s kids and grandkids are.
General Hospital has never shied away from mob violence or making the innocent pay. Michael was shot in the head because of Sonny’s lifestyle, and Michael was violently raped in prison because Sonny and Jason covered up a perfectly justified homicide. Through the years, Sonny’s children have been kidnapped (by Faith Roscoe and A.J. Quartermaine), they’ve had bullets fly over their heads and gone into hiding on Sonny’s island when his enemies have gotten too close. They shouldn’t have to die because their father’s enemy is an idiot.
License To Kill
Josslyn knows a thing or two about growing up Corinthos. Is that why she’s turning out to be an awful lot like Sonny when it comes to dealing with her enemies?
I was a little taken aback when Josslyn casually suggested that Britt murder Cullum. Don’t get me wrong — Cullum should die — but I prefer someone like Jack or even Sidwell take him out than for Britt to do it. Was Josslyn going to give Britt a Get-Out-Of-Jail-Free card in the event that Britt was caught? When Britt (thankfully) failed to carry out the plot, Josslyn decided to take matters into her own hands. Did I miss the part where Josslyn got a license to kill with her WSB badge?
Justice or Revenge?
The more I watch Josslyn, the more I see shades of Sonny. She thinks just like him, except she is self-righteous because she is on the side of law and order. It’s not Josslyn’s call to make whether Cullum should live or die. Her job is to build a case against him and arrest him when there’s sufficient evidence to charge him. Her job is to report to Jack. She is supposed to be on the side of justice, but she behaves more like a DVX agent than a WSB agent.
I was willing to keep an open mind about Josslyn joining the WSB, but all I’ve seen since she’s become a spy is someone who constantly defies orders, couldn’t catch a clue if it fell on her head, and is quick to act as judge, jury, and executioner. Jerry Jacks would be proud of his niece.
The Jacks Connection
Speaking of Jerry, I’m still confused how Cullum can have absolutely no inkling about who Josslyn is. Not only did Jack’s previous assistant Colette Moreau know that Josslyn was a WSB agent, but she was in league with Pascal. She’s also locked up in prison where Cullum would have had easy access to her. Plus, by now Cullum must have Googled Josslyn’s name and discovered her connections to both Sonny Corinthos and Jasper Jacks, as well as Faison’s pal Jerry Jacks.
Why isn’t Cullum even the teensiest bit suspicious of Josslyn, especially after waking up to find her in his ICU room? I love General Hospital, but the writers have dropped the ball here. Cullum isn’t a very good WSB director if he is buying Josslyn’s lame act.
Killow Secrets
Killow Willow got an earful when she overheard Kai and Trina talking about Willow shooting Drew. She knows that they know, but they don’t know that she knows. Oh, what a tangled web.
I asked my brother (he’s in law enforcement) about Willow’s predicament. He explained that double jeopardy isn’t necessarily ironclad. A person can be retried for a crime they were acquitted of if credible new evidence surfaces. The cavate is that none of the evidence from the first trial can be used in the second trial. New charges could be filed against Willow if there was compelling new evidence. Two witnesses to her crime would certainly pose a threat to Willow.
Willow should be nervous. It’s why I also believe that she has no intention of letting Drew live. She made a full confession to him, which is not protected by spousal privilege since she continues to threaten his life.
Willow’s next move
If we’ve learned anything about Willow over the past several months, it’s that she isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty – and she isn’t afraid to kill. Willow is all about self-preservation and she’s capable of anything. I don’t think even Sidwell appreciates just how dangerous Willow is.
I shudder to think of what Willow will do if she feels cornered. She’s unstable and lethal which is a dangerous combination. It’s time for Willow’s house of cards to collapse because I really can’t stomach seeing Drew confined to the wheelchair and being made to look like a victim. He’s no victim. He’s an awful man who has done terrible things. It’s time for both Drew and Willow to go away and pay for their crimes.
Raising Phoebe
Folks, I hate the idea of Brook Lynn and Chase raising Phoebe or even getting temporary custody of her. Chase has become such a cartoonish character. He’s been positively horrible to Michael, accusing Michael of attempted murder and framing Willow, but when Brook Lynn and Chase needed help swaying the social worker, Michael put his feelings for Chase aside and wisely suggested they ask Congresswoman Willow to help.
Chase couldn’t get to Willow’s place fast enough, confident that she would put in a good word for Chase and Brook Lynn because Willow is just the best person in the whole wide world. 🙄🙄
The Truth Shall Set Brook Lynn Free
I want the truth to come out. Chase needs to know how wrong he was about Willow, about Michael, and most importantly, about his own judgement. He risked his marriage and career for a woman who lied to his face time and again. Not just about shooting Drew, but through the years including when she married Chase under false pretenses. It never made sense to me that he continued to give Willow pass after pass.
I have no desire to see Chase rewarded with a baby he doesn’t deserve and a happy wife he put second behind his ex. Both Brook Lynn and Phoebe are better off without him. Every time I even think about Chase and Phoebe, I’m reminded that Chase has put poor Wiley and Amelia back into the arms of a woman who believes murder is a viable option to her problems.
Chase needs ot stay far away from children. He’s a menace.
Port Charles Potpourri
Some quick thoughts about other things going on in and around Port Charles.
Glass Houses
Wiley overheard Olivia berating Michael for dating an ex-escort. Not only is Olivia sticking her nose where it doesn’t belong, but she deliberately uses derogatory terms to put down Jacinda and bait Michael. Shame on her. Instead of yelling at Michael about hookers, Olivia should remember that there are young ears everywhere and she should be mindful of her loose lips and eardrum-piercing decibels.
Your Lying Eyes
Poor Rocco. That sweet boy looks so tortured. One glance, one conversation with Rocco is all it will take for Dante to realize that something terrible happened to his son. I hate that Lulu is keeping Dante out of the loop. How would she feel if their roles were reversed? Dante and Lulu should be sitting down with Diane and getting ahead of this not covering it up. Has Lulu learned nothing from what happened with Michael when Michael killed Claudia? It’s always the coverup. Always.
I realize Rocco was recently on probation for breaking into Dalton’s lab, but Rocco acted in defense of both Jason and Britt. Britt was knocked unconscious by Cullum, and Cullum was about to do something dastardly with that lethal looking weapon he produced. A weapon that was recovered from the scene of the crime and would corroborate Rocco’s version of events. An arrest warrant didn’t give Cullum permission to murder Jason and Britt. That’s exactly what would have happened if Rocco hadn’t intervened.
Grave Robbing
So, where were Nathan’s remains moved to? If his grave is empty, what happened to his remains? I hope they didn’t just toss his bones into the woods.
What General Hospital Viewers Are Saying
We love reading what other fans have to say about the show, so please scroll down to the Comments section and share your thoughts. It’s at the bottom of this (and every) column.
Thoughts about Jacinda
I’m not so sure about Jacinda, she seems to like Michael well enough (or at least the way he treats her) but she also has a pattern that seems to be increasing of hedging her bets. She’s kept her options open with Ezra, took money from Kristina to leave town even though she didn’t, and is now demanding bribes and kickbacks from Crimson designers and advertisers. I don’t see her as a good long-term partner for Michael, for reasons that have nothing to do with her former occupation. She’s not the person Michael wants to see her as… CeeGee
Jacinda is no naive 20-year-old. She’s got A LOT of experience with men. I’m sure she’s seen plenty post breakup of a major relationship. She’s got to know what a rebound relationship is and how unlikely it is to last. — Kathie

Trouble ahead for Brook Lynn and Chase on General Hospital

Before You Check Out
Don’t miss Soap Central’s founder, Dan J Kroll’s, latest Beyond the Gates commentary: Just Enough Recklessness to Keep Life Interesting.
Happy viewing,
Liz

I don’t think that Chase is a menace. I’m very frustrated with his attitude lately, but I still think he has a good heart and that his recent actions have just been misguided. I also don’t agree that Chase shouldn’t be around kids. I do think he would be a good dad. My issue is that it doesn’t seem fair for him to get what he wants right now given how he’s treated Michael.
Chase is headed for a rude awakening. And a major fall beyond being demoted at work depending on how far he lets this get out of control.
Here’s my thing with Chase though: His defense of Willow has some uniquely problematic issues to it. He’s supposed to be a detective, and he was already taken in by Nelle. He was also deceived by Willow before. So he should be more suspicious. Instead, this is a clear case of cognitive dissonance. He cannot reconcile the idea of the nice woman he’s known for years being someone who would shoot Drew in the back. Twice.
But he’s not alone in that. Sonny, SONNY! who has seen every kind of sneaky liar thinks Willow is innocent. Elizabeth, who got a close up look at the crazy and saw Willow slap someone at work, testified in open court that Willow is a good nurse, mother and person. Were it not for that ringtone, Trina, Kai and Alexis would still think she was innocent. And Willow put enough doubt in the minds of at least one juror to be acquitted at trial. Turner is one of the few people who is certain Willow is guilty–to her credit but she also had no preconceived ideas about the woman.
None of these other people are as obnoxious as Chase is to Michael of course, but my question to them would be who exactly do they think shot Drew if it wasn’t Willow? Because no one else besides Willow or Michael would have put that gun in her room. Are they just not going beyond their belief that Willow is innocent because they don’t really care who the shooter is? Or do they all think Michael shot Drew?
I can’t defend Josslyn’s attitude towards Sonny anymore. It’s so beyond hypocritical now.
All of Sonny’s kids–and that’s in a sense who she is–go through this phase with Sonny. Struggle to come to terms with the worst of him. ALL of them. Avery and Donna will have their turn unless Maurice Bernard retires first.
It really is, isn’t it?
I’m so over Chase that I’m admittedly harder on him than I normally would be. I just hate how he is with Willow, and continually puts her up on a pedestal.
I agree with you there.
You’re right Liz. Chase has become a cartoon. Dudley Do-Right.
Can you explain why there were absolutely NO consequences to Chase for what happened with the key? He deliberately took Michael’s keys, tried each in Drew’s door until he found the one Willow planted there that opens Drew’s door. Chase then placed Michael’s keys on the floor at the Qs and manipulated Nathan (Cassius) into getting a search warrant for them, knowing what would be found. Because of this, Turner had to drop the investigation because Chase compromised evidence that could have been used against Michael. Of course, I’m glad this can’t ever be used against him, but Chase should have been fired. He could have been arrested for obstruction of justice. And did GH forget the part where Drew said he had the locks changed? The key on Michael’s keyring would never have opened Drew’s door the night of the shooting.
Exactly SFan! There have been NO repercussions for Chase’s actions! I commented on this very same thing a couple weeks ago, and I still get angry every time he is on my screen. On top of all of the great points you mentioned, the PCPD took Chase’s word that he wasn’t the one who put the key on Michael’s keyring. They believed Chase without any investigation. Why?! Because he swore it wasn’t him? We know it was Willow, but it makes no sense that the police just believed Chase had no part in how the key got there, knowing all that Chase did in regard to setting up Michael to get discovered with that key.
One of the many reasons that it really irks me that he will be rewarded with a baby and a happily-ever-after with BLQ.
Agent 99. I love it! Would you believe………….?
Brennan said to Carly that the WSB supercedes the laws of any one nation. How absurd is that? The WSB does not have the power to tell even a tiny country what to do, let alone countries like the U.S., China or Russia. I can’t imagine that any country would agree to such an arrangement where they take their marching orders from the WSB. The WSB cannot exist without a nations’ co-operation. While I appreciate that the writers are finally addressing the WSBs’ jurisdiction, that line by Brennan was ludicrous.
As I suspected, NotNatham was Sidwells’ inside man at the PCPD. I was hoping that the writers wouldn’t go down the twin road once again but I gues we all knew that they would. Usually, in this instance the birth mother somehow doesn’t know that she had twins. So does Liesl know that she has another son? I guess not because she immediately thought that Cassius was Nathan when she first saw him.
However, the writers made one mistake. Identicle twins, while thay have identicle DNA, do not have identicle finger prints so that has to be explained. Maybe the writers will use one of Liz’ ideas to explain the finger prints.
I am interested in seeing how this plays out. Cassius does not appear to be working for or taking orders from Sidwell. How does he fit into all of this? Is it possible that he is the mastermind of the entire operation?
When we first met Sidwell in Africa he was holding Isaiah and Lucky prisoner and was mining for diamonds. He appeared to be just another thug, not the criminal mastermind we see in Port Charles. The way he killed Dalton was more like the behavior we would expect from the thuggish Sidwell to which we were first introduced. Maybe, Cassius planned the Dalton in Lauras’ trunk set up. Maybe he took those photos.
Jordan has been working under cover for Sidwell a long time and as far as I can tell, she has not found out anything and doesn’t seem to be tryng very hard. Maybe she’s enjoying her new life style a bit too much
Jordan is horrible at this undercover job. We have seen Lucas, “Special” Agent Jacks, and even Carly, find more at Windemere than Jordan has in a full year.
That’s a very good point. Maybe Jordan should just be checking what other people know about Sidwell because she knows nothing.
Faison shot Nathan not knowing he was his son. If Faison knew Cassius you’d think he’d have at least hesitated thinking it was Cassius or wondering why this person looked exactly like Cassius!
The writers simply came up with a way to bring 5he actor back without regard to show history. They ignore history when it suits them.
If Britt knows about Cassius, why not tell Jason that as well while she trusted him to tell him everything else? Cassius could pose a danger to Jason. She’d have to,d him!!
Brennan should just fire Joss. She’s insubordinate, incompetent, and being an agent has really gone to her head. She’s become insufferable.
Not to mention, a loose cannon. How could she not consider the repercussions that killing Cullum would have had on her beloved Jason?
You are wrong about double jeopardy. Willow can’t be tried again for attempted murder. If a person could be retried whenever new evidence comes out, double jeopardy would be meaningless- prosecutors get one bite at the apple. They have to make sure they have all their ducks in a row before trial.
A different matter though is her possibly being tried in federal court for shooting a member of Congress. Different jurisdiction. It’s how people were convicted under civil rights laws when local juries were happy to look the other way on race killings.
She also could be prosecuted in state or federal court for a different crime than attempted murder (if that’s what she was actually acquitted of) that rests on many of the same facts and evidence.
No, the same court would not be able to get another bite of an apple, but if new evidence surfaced another jurisdiction could try the case. Willow was found not guilty in a state court, which means she could face federal charges for the shooting if new compelling evidence surfaced.
Greetings and Welcome to This Week’s Edition of “The Obvious”.
Josslyn is so stupid I can’t even believe it.
Agent Barbie Indeed!!
Doesn’t she even have a clue that if Cullum dies now, Jason will be charged with Homicide (of a Supposed WSB Agent).
Or, rather, Rocco will be charged with Homicide when it’s discovered he fired the Gun.
Either ShrewLu or Rocco or Charlotte or Danny will let it be known.
Has anyone at the PCPD Clown Squad, or even the WSB, figured out that Cullum was shot with his Own Weapon?
And when Lucas walked in on Joss, why didn’t he inquire as to Why Joss was in Cullum’s Room?
She supposedly met him Twice, once at Wyndemere, and once at the Brown Dog.
Why would she sneak into the ICU?
Surely not to “Visit her Uncle”.
Hey! Cullum’s Awake and Lucas has a Stethoscope draped around his neck!!
Too bad he doesn’t know how to use it.
And since when do Attending MD’s ask patients coming out of an Anesthesia Coma if they remember who shot them??
It’s Not Your Job, Man!! Save it for the Clown Squad.
Geez.

I’m liking Wallow’s Gold Suede Congress Suit.
And her Sparkly Earrings.
Goes Perfectly with her Dark Willow Palette.
And Thank The Deity Of Your Choice, her hair is growing out!
But, Oooo that Hug she gave Chase! By the look on Willow’s Face that was Way More than a Friendly Hug.
I see more Playroom Shenanigans in Wallow’s (and Chase’s) Future!!
That’s Just Nasty.
~~~
“Ding Ding Dee Dee Ding Ding Ding…”
Trina to Willow: “Sounds like Wiley’s calling you…”
Uh, DUH, Trina.
How would YOU know what Wiley’s Ring Tone is?
~~~~
Uh-Oh.
NotNathan answers to Sidwell, too?
Who’s surprised?
Not I.
Cassius Faison, huh?
How long did it take the Writers to think that one up?
WE could have written this script.
Wait, maybe we did, we’re just not getting credit for it.
Who knew that NotNathan was a Long Lost Identical Twin?
Everyone?
I thought so.
But…Cassius???
Really???
Was Faison a Mohammed Ali Fan?
Surely Leisl knows she had Nathan’s Twin?
Or was he a Test Tube Twin?
Jordan’s wearing that Winter White Dress again.
I guess it’s Spring White, now.
Anybody notice Wednesday when Wallow was addressing Zombie EwDrew about her plans to help Chase and BLQ, how she touched up her Lipstick and Batted her Eyes at EwDrew. while singing Chase’s Praises? (“He’s the REAL Hero!”) I didn’t know whether to Laugh or Barf.
I’m glad Lucas figured out that Cullum killed Marco.
Too bad the PCPD can’t figure ANYTHING out.
Speaking of which…
Nathan’s identity was allegedly verified by fingerprints, and Science tells us that no two people, not even twins, can have the same fingerprint.
And Nathan’s grave was Empty, according to Anna before she ended up in a French Looney Bin.
I do want Nathan to be A Good Guy.
What if Nathan really is Not Dead Nathan and he is impersonating Cassius Faison to try and bring Sidwell down?
Nah.
We Can’t Have Nice Things.
~~~
So Lucas agrees to stay at Wyndemere.
How’s Pascal gonna feel about that?
Friends Close, Enemies Closer.
Oooohhh, Pascal’s been drinking!! Toldja!!
And he blames Lucas!
Somebody’s gonna go Parapet Diving.
~~~~
Why IS Sonny going to Marco’s Funeral, anyway?
Carly is right for a change.
When she said “Remember ….Morgan’s Funeral…? What if Julian Jerome had walked through the door?”
Finally, someone (on GH) acknowledges tat the Car Bomb that killed Morgan was meant for Julian.
~~~
Cody and Post-Op Molly Cuteness Overload!!!
I like them this way.
~~~
Definitely barf. As much as I dislike Willow, Katelyn McMullen looks really cute in her congresswoman suits.
I don’t know if Faison followed boxing, but he certainly would have known history. And Shakespeare. I guess he is the kind of twisted guy who would name his kid after a figure who is the epitome of betrayal. You know, so bad Dante put him with Satan in the final circle of hell along with Brutus and Judas Iscariot. I’m sure Faison read that too.
Here’s a question: when Faison shot Nathan, he did not know who he was, right? He came to PC for Nathan, but when he encountered Nathan at Crimson, he was just some police officer attempting to rescue Maxie. It wasn’t until later in the hospital that Peter told Faison he has shot his own son. If Faison raised a kid that looked exactly like Nathan, you’d think he’d have put that together on his own.
Great point about Faison not knowing who Nathan was when he shot him.
Makes you wonder how much the current Writers (who Hate Us, BTW), know or even care about GH History.
I don’t think anyone hates us. I do think it has been standard practice on soap operas for decades to ignore small or even big details in service of whatever the particular story of the moment is.
Am I the only one who wishes that if they were going to kill off Marco, they had waited until after the “we’re all family now” dinner that Carly was going to throw at Wyndemere? I was anticipating some true entertainment and intrigue there (and more Valentin on my screen, out of the attic) out of that one, it just seems like such a lost opportunity!
I do wish wholeheartedly that they hadn’t killed off Marco, though. It was a loss of a very good actor and a character that could have been redeemed, not to mention that Lucas deserves to have an enduring relationship. And the screen time is very cluttered right now with characters I’m tired of having around, starting with Cullum but you can throw Pascal and Sidwell in there too.
YES, CeeGee, we thought the same thing at our house! What a wasted opportunity. The family dinner should have happened before Marco died – so much good story to mine there. At the least, it would have been a very entertaining episode.
Everyone probably fast forwards through Molly/ Cody scenes (boring) but did anyone catch vegan Molly eating animal crackers in her hospital room? Ha Ha??
That is hilarious, what a creat catch of a detail! Can’t agree with you about Molly & Code though, I love them together and find their opposites-attract story so much fun. I just wish the writers gave them more to do, they made Cody part of the Scorpio family and a big part of James’ life and how have taken most of that family offscreen or only occasionally appearing (where’s Mac, for instance – chief of detectives in a time of multiple crime investigations, and available now that Maxie is awake?)
Great column, thank you. WRT Willow and double jeopardy, the other piece of evidence against her is the video footage that Brennan made go away in the first trial. That can now be used as new evidence as well, assuming Ninny doesn’t get the intel Brennan is looking for from Charlotte. He can then make it mysteriously appear again. How soapy would that be??? I think it would be great if the writers took it in that direction. A little bit of realism goes a very long way!!
There’s no way a piece of evidence that disappeared then reappeared would hold up in court. Real court that is, soap court maybe. The whole chain of custody thing.
The double jeopardy thing is interesting, but I don’t think GH will go there. They’re not going to want to do another trial. Most likely Willow will go down for causing Drew’s stroke, drugging him and whatever else she does as she spirals out. But from her perspective, Willow still going to be concerned about being found out as the shooter regardless of whether or not she goes to prison. She could lose her place in Congress and her usefulness to Sidwell along with it. And, worst of all from her perspective, it would be a big problem if Michael decided to take up a custody case again.
Maybe it’s just me, but I have had a feeling for a while now that Kristina has a crush on Jacinda.
Definitely not just you!
