It’s that time of year when Tamilu-hoo and Santa Liz Masters get together and make their selections of all the naughty and nice things about General Hospital in 2024. This week they kick things off with the good stuff that Port Charles had to offer in the first part of a two-part year in review.
As you know, 2024 has been quite an adventure for Tamilu, Dan J Kroll, and me. We started out the year sharing our General Hospital year-in-review for 2023 on a site that we dearly treasured and had the honor to be a part of for over 20 years. Tamilu and I loved it there because Dan was such an awesome and supportive mentor and friend. But that chapter has now closed. Dan sold the site, and both Tamilu and I left because we believe in quality over clicks. We love our soaps, and we respect our dear readers.
Luckily, Dan has given us a space to continue writing, so Tamilu and I got together to continue the tradition of bringing you our picks for the best and worst of General Hospital for the year. Without further ado, let’s start things by talking about a recent development.

Sleeping Beauty awakens
Liz Masters
Legacy characters are special on soap operas because they are created before our eyes and are often the offspring of leading characters. In the world of soap operas, Lucky and Lulu Spencer are royalty because they were born to the original supercouple: Luke and Laura. There was no pairing more popular than Luke Spencer and Laura Webber.
Viewers watched both Lucky and Lulu grow up, find love, and live through unimaginable tragedies. In Lulu’s case, she suffered a head injury during the explosion at the Floating Rib. Unfortunately, Lulu slipped into a coma before she had a chance to tell the man she loved how she felt about him. She lingered there for 4 long years until recently when the soap gods gave the Spencers a Thanksgiving miracle. Lulu received the gift of life — the lobe of Sam McCall’s liver — which turned everything around. Within days, Lulu wasn’t just awake; she was also on the run from her evil Uncle Cyrus.
Whoever had the idea of casting Alexa Havins as Lulu, thank you. I was never a Babe Carey fan — the character Alexa played on All My Children — but I find myself quite drawn to her as Lulu. She reminds me of Julie Marie Berman, who pretty much originated the role when they SORASed (Soap Opera Aging Syndrome) Lulu to a teenager. This might shock — or offend — some, but I also liked Emme Rylan in the role, but admittedly she didn’t have the same energy that Julie and Alexa have.
I’m glad Lulu is back, and I’m eager to see where the writers take her. I suspect that Dante will be a big part of that story.
Tamilu
Having Lulu back is wonderful, but did it have to come at the cost of Sam? The Lulu part is nice, and the Sam part is naughty. If only we can find a way to get Nikolas sprung from prison to come back home to baby Ace, Laura can have all her kids home for Christmas. I wish that for her. I don’t even care which Nikolas it is; I would take any former or new Nikolas, just as long as the dark prince is back on the canvas.
Just like my pal Liz, I am enjoying the recast. Alexa has captured Lulu’s Spencer spirit. I didn’t watch Alexa on AMC, so I had no preconceived notions about her. This is my first time experiencing her work, and so far, I’m a fan.
I have to wonder about the obvious chemistry between Lulu and Cody after the fateful night when he picked her up hitchhiking. Will Dante and Cody compete for Lulu’s affections? I see that as a distinct possibility. I saw the look Dante got on his face when he went into the stables and saw Lulu and Cody laughing together. It will be interesting to follow this storyline because, while Dante is still grieving Sam, he probably still thinks of Lulu as his. I doubt he would give Cody his blessing to pursue a relationship with Lulu considering that he knows about Cody’s shady past. Also, I know he will want to reunite their family for Rocco’s sake, but will Lulu feel that same urgency?
Also, I hope Maxie hires her at Deception because Maxie and Lulu working together used to be comedic gold.

General Hospital’s legacy
Liz Masters
Lulu isn’t the only legacy character back on canvas after an extended absence. Both Jason Morgan, and Lulu’s brother Lucky Spencer have returned as well.
Jason’s storyline was quite exciting, with lots of twists and turns including the revelation that Jason was forced to work undercover for the FBI at the direction of Agent John “Jagger” Cates. Jason’s mission was to infiltrate the Pikeman organization, which was shipping illegal arms through Port Charles. If Jason failed to uncover the identity of the head of Pikeman, then Carly would face the consequences. John had a secret recording of Carly telling the Five Families that she was in charge of the Corinthos Organization when Sonny was believed to have perished.
Yes, there were viewers who accused Jason of being a deadbeat father, but let’s be honest, Jason was never really a present father even when he was in town. Sonny and Carly have always been his priority. I didn’t like that Jason would let his loved ones mourn him, but I understood why he had done. Sort of. I’m still unsure why he never called Diane to try to get him out of the jam before agreeing to the deal.
We also never learned who made that secret recording of Carly but given recent events I’m going to go out on a limb and say Cyrus was behind it. I have a vague recollection of Cyrus attending the fateful meeting.
Tamilu
This was an odd year in Port Charles with so many comings and goings. Port Charles, welcomed Jason, Lulu, Holly, (ghost) Morgan, Nu-Lucas, and his ex- Brad, my beloved Lucky, and Ric back home to Port Charles. These are all welcome faces in my mind and the storyline potential is massive if they choose to use it. I am thrilled to experience flashbacks from General Hospital’s glory days, especially when it comes to the tender history of Liz and Lucky. But next week in the Naughty list, I will discuss the pacing of these returns in great detail.
(Spoiler, it was S-L-O-W.)
I also love the Ric/Sonny rivalry, and I was delighted to see they still look at one another with absolute disdain. The way Sonny spits Ric’s name out of his mouth makes me laugh every time. It’s like it gags him to form the word.
Meanwhile, Liz and Lucky still give me thrills when they are onscreen together.
I also enjoyed the addition of new characters, like Isaiah who came home with Lucky, and Gio, although Gio seemed to have a secret backstory that was either dropped or put on hold. Is he the son of Sonny and Lois? Is he Brook Lynn’s baby that she gave up for adoption? Lois’ shifty eyes seem to imply some sort of secret. Will 2025 be the year we find out?
Also, bringing Kai on as a love interest for Trina is a welcome addition. The two actors have sparks together, so maybe lighting can strike twice for Trina, and she can find love again.
The other prodigal son returns
Liz Masters
Lucky’s return was equally exciting because Lulu’s life was on the line and a few surprises were thrown in. It turned out that Holly Sutton was after a cache of diamonds that Lucky’s captor had hidden. After Anna and Jason joined the party to bring Lucky home the party really got started. But I will be honest, it was not my favorite storyline because of the subplots — starting with the endless card games that Lucky was forced to play with Sidwell. The only really good thing to come out of it — besides having Lucky home — is Dr. Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson). I’m thrilled that General Hospital has a new doctor on staff who has oodles of chemistry with almost everyone he shares the screen with.
Honestly, the writers should be thanking the soap gods. They have a wonderful mix of great legacy characters and interesting new characters. There’s so much potential here to take things to the next level.
Tamilu
I agree with Liz on the massive potential that General Hospital has right now. I love the possibilities just with Liz! Liz went from a dud relationship with Finn that never quite sizzled to a plethora of choices of ex-lovers — Jason, Ric and Lucky — all of whom had strong fan support over the years. I would not be mad at the writers no matter which direction they choose to go, but if I had to rank in order of preference, it would be: Lucky, Jason and Ric in last place, only because of the whole panic room incident. Ha!
But Ric and Ava have incredible potential, too and I think they could be a match made in… heaven? Hell? These two characters have both light and darkness inside of them and they can swing either way, so it’s hard to say if they would be a good or bad influence on each other, but I am dying to find out!
Pikeman revealed
Liz Masters
I love the Cassadines. They are my guilty pleasure. Helena was the Queen of Evil. A supervillain unlike any other. So, it’s no surprise that her son would follow suit. Yet, it was. I was gobsmacked when it was revealed that Valentin and Brennan were literally partners-in-crime. It was a perfectly executed soap opera twist as I watched Valentin secretly meet with Brennan on the side of the road in a Pentonville transport van.
At the same time, Charlotte was unraveling thanks to a poisoned-pen letter from Grandpa Victor. Is it nurture or nature? I’m beginning to believe — when it comes to the Cassadines — it’s definitely the latter. I might be in the minority, but I’m glad that Valentin is no longer Team Reformed. A supervillain plays a crucial role on a soap opera, especially one like General Hospital.
Tamilu
Like Liz, I love the Cassadines. But with Nikolas in prison and Valentin on the run, I am jonesing for them. I understand that James Patrick Stuart has his Disney show to film, and who knows how many other projects, but I am ready for him to come home. You know what odd twist I would love? Imagine if Nikolas gets released from prison about the same time that Valentin finds his way back to Port Charles. What if these two crazy Cassadines decided they had both been through enough and wanted to make peace and share Wyndemere? Can you see it? I can, and the thought of the possibilities tickles me. Nikolas lost Spencer, and Valentin nearly lost Charlotte, so perhaps they could all move in with baby Ace, and Cousin Charlotte could babysit, and Nik and Val could be the Odd Couple of Spoon Island.

A few more nice things on General Hospital
Liz Masters
Saying goodbye to a loved one is never easy, doubly so when the passing is unexpected. I had no idea that Jacklyn Zeman was sick until news broke that she had passed away after a battle with cancer. I was heartbroken. Jackie was such a beautiful soul. The episodes paying tribute to Jackie and bidding farewell to Nurse Bobbie Spencer were superbly written. I loved everything about them from Ghost B.J. — played by Brighton Hertford who had played B.J. in her final days — to the appearance of Ryan Carnes as Lucas Jones. I especially loved the tribute to Bobbie when they renamed Kelly’s in her honor.
I’m happy that Mac has a son, but I’m bummed that it cost us Cody and Sasha because I liked them together. Why can’t we have nice things? Sasha has been through so much over the years — the loss of her son, husband, addiction, and more — that I wanted her to have some happiness. Nope. I love that she now has parents — Robert Scorpio and Holly Sutton — but it came at a cost I’m not happy with.
I love seeing Tracy back and pretty much playing the role of matriarch of the Quartermaine family. Lila would be so proud. With Monica off screen, the writers need to do everything possible to keep Jane Elliot around. Side note: Martin would make a great love interest for Tracy.
Spinelli and Maxie belong together, so I’m thrilled the writers righted that wrong. It was long overdue. Will wedding bells ring in 2025? I hope so.
Tamilu
Ava and Nina’s friendship has been salvaged and who could have predicted that would make me happy? When the writers first thrust them together, I was loudly banging the gong of “No way would Ava befriend the woman who tried to steal her baby!” But what can I say? Maura West and Cynthia Watros sold it, and they grew on me. When Ava and Nina had a falling out, I was sad their friendship ended. It was all for naught anyway. Neither Ava nor Nina ended up with Sonny; he’s sniffing around Natalia. But that relationship is a topic for the Naughty List next week.
Tracy and Cody’s warm and honest friendship is a delight. Brook Lynn and Tracy’s relationship is adorable. Then there are Ned and Tracy. I love Wally Kurth, and Ned has no better scene partner than his dear old mom. The two of them giggling when the Drew/Willow sex tape was exposed was hilarious! Truthfully, Jane Elliot with ANYONE is a delight. She is stellar in every scene, and I hope she decides to never retire because I need her in Port Charles. PS: I’m with Tracy; I’d choose Jason the hit man over Drew the congressman.
What will happen tomorrow, dear readers?
Will 2025 find Liz in professional peril over the strange deaths at General Hospital? Will Cyrus steal the money from the Salvation Army kettle in Rice Plaza? Can someone check the signs on the steam room to find out why Isaiah couldn’t tell the ladies room from the men’s room? Should you start watching Shrinking on Apple TV to see Aunt Stella (Vernee Watson-Johnson) as Jessica Williams’ mom? (You should.) Will Lulu relapse when she hears about COVID? Will Jason marry Sasha and raise Michael’s baby like he did Michael? Is Tracy going to add a wing onto the Quartermaine house to get away from all of her houseguests?
Will Curtis get the last laugh, or will his power move backfire and send him back to the Savoy? Is there any chance that Molly and Krissy will make up and go on the road with Blaze and Natalia and never come home? Will Violet catch a Greyhound back to Port Charles when Finn starts hitting the sauce in Seattle? Can Pantene or Ouidad send Lucky some volumizing shampoo so that his hair doesn’t always look flat? Will Laura stop mayor-ing long enough to send her psycho brother Cyrus back to prison before he murders any more General Hospital patients?
Only tomorrow knows dear readers and I will tune in tomorrow as long as there are tomorrows! And don’t forget to tune in to this space next week for our Worst of General Hospital 2024 column!
Have a safe and happy holiday!
Tamilu and Liz Masters
Oh, crap! Liz, I was really hoping your commentary would be about this weeks shows. I was excited for you to light into drew, Nina, and willow. Oh well.
Liz might still write something on this week’s shows, but the tradition has always been to best and worst of columns to give them time to spend with their families and loved ones.
Did she tell you that sheโs working on a column for this weeks shows?
Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to write another column, but I will give you a teaser for next week — Drew and Willow are definitely on the Naughty list.
This week was so aggravating! I cannot believe that Willow is acting like she’s the victim. Michael didn’t show that recording or even plan for it to get out like that. Tracy picked up his phone and ACCIDENTALLY hit play on it. Nor did Michael set out to catch Drew and Willow doing the nasty on the nursery floor. That was all on them. Michael did what any responsible parent would do with a new nanny.
Willow is humiliated because she was caught and it’s easier to make Michael the villain in this sorted saga than to take responsibility for her own choices.
The fact that she would invite Drew over on Christmas Eve to spend time with her and the children, while Michael is relegated to Christmas morning breakfast at a hotel is beyond gross. I hope it costs her dearly in court.
People are pointing out that Michael cheated too. It’s true, he did. However, Willow doesn’t know that at this point. Additionally, Michael wouldn’t have been at the bar knocking back drinks and trying to forget his wife’s MONTHS long emotional affair, but for Willow being a faithless wife.
Honestly, I lost all respect for Willow back when she was lying about her cancer. I realized then that she doesn’t really love Michael. She made assumptions about how he would react to the news instead of just trusting him with the truth.
What about Nina? She was horrible this week too.
Two things about last week. I didn’t think it was possible, but Curtis was even more obnoxious and arrogant than Drew. When Ric left Liz’ house and Lucky said, “wow, that guy!, I feel like I need a shower!” My thought was “yeah Lucky, ever since you got back to Port Charles.
Wait until Willow finds out about Sasha. We already know how that’s going to go based on how she and Michael called out Chase for being a hypocrite angry about their affair when they thought he had impregnated Brook Lyn with Bailey.
I see many, many parallels with Willow and Elizabeth back when the later was having an affair with Nikolas while engaged to Lucky (also parallels between Drew and Nikolas unfortunately). I absolutely hated Elizabeth then, but I will give her this: when she got caught & Lucky & Lulu ripped into her, she stood there and took it. Willow ran off after about two sentences of reprimand from Carly and has been hiding ever since. I agree she doesn’t love Michael anymore; otherwise she would have been more concerned with how he was feeling on Christmas than Drew. I’m not sure that’s necessarily a terrible thing in itself (which is a whole other post), but the way she’s handling it is.
The past couple of weeks of Willow’s endless justifications and blaming others for the results of her own actions, with in particular her Friday recitation of all that to Drew, gave me the a-ha moment that she really IS Nelle’s sister and Nina’s daughter, 100%.
Also, could she please book some sessions with Kevin to face and deal with her cult-upbringing and who she decides to hero-worship?
One of things that I like about this site is that both Liz Masters’ and Tamilu’s columns are much longer and therefore , cover more ground than on the other site.
I don’t have a problem with the Two Scoops columnist on the other site. But I tend to read these columns on my phone, & I can’t get through anything over there anymore without the site constantly refreshing. So I just gave up. I’m glad Liz and Tamilu came over here.
I haven’t been on the other site since I left because it’s soul crushing to see what the new owners have done with it. There’s no love for our soaps there. It’s all about clicks.
I still post on the other site but I miss you, Liz!!
The Revamped SoapCentral is so NOT user-friendly.
And certainly not as much fun as it used to be!!
๐๐
Here here!
Awww, I’m so happy you are here and that I still get to read your posts!! They are always fun and insightful.
You’re right, the other site is not user friendly and that’s one of the things that clued me into how little they care about their readers. Their attitude seems to be, “Tough. They’ll get used to it. We know better.” That’s not how Dan operated.
Great column, thank you so much Liz and Tamilu, and hope you have wonderful holidays with your families! Another thing I really liked this week is that they are getting the GH families together (and showing it to us) for Christmas — those interactions are so rich and fun (unlike Thanksgiving — which was only and all about the affair reveal. I know that had to come to a head but we lost so much else about the normal T-day shenanigans.)
I hope the loss of Dex, a character that had so much potential and chemistry with the other actors (and whose backstory it seemed they were finally about to start filling in) is on next week’s Naughty list, because (along with Sam) I Am Not Over It!
Thank you so much, and the same to you. I agree, the scenes at the Quartermaines and even at Liz’s place made me smile.
I was a bit frustrated though by the lack of mention of Taggert. It breaks my heart that he’s basically been erased from Trina’s life.
Sadly, GH didn’t have a Thanksgiving episode. The video played during the Q’s Christmas party, not Thanksgiving.
I can’t wait to read the naughty list, as the entire cast has been naughty in some way, lol. Santa is going to have to hook a coal barge onto that sleigh for all the coal going into stocking in Port Charles.
I have my coke and popcorn at the ready when Willow learns everything about Mommie NIna – and i mean everything (the desk, the office floor, the bed) and best of all – her excuse.
I hate to see Chad Duell leave to take his “breaK’ – and I hope the future ‘tragedy” is not him. With CD’s personal post, followed by FV’s post (they will not recast the role), I hope we see CD back on screen by Spring. MIchael is now a leading man – and CD deserves a great storyline. He needs to tell Caryl to stand down, tell Nina to back off, and tell Willow sit and spill – all of it. He has already taken care of Drew business -wise, but the personal vindication should be fitting. (like in Congress, when he stands to make his first speech, and his video in not what he loaded into the player….).
Merry Christmas Tami, Liz and Dan.
I hope youโre right that chad will return in a few months. I canโt think of anyone better to play that role. I just wish the writers would give him better material.
Merry Christmas!
Not gonna lie, I’m a little nervous about how they intend to write Michael off since there are no plans to recast him.
Iโm nervous about that too. A part of me wants him to just take the kids and run. Frankly, at this point I donโt think that either Nina or willow deserve to be around those kids.
Liz and Tamilu, what did you think of Nina this week? I was disgusted by her. I thought that she had changed, but it turns out sheโs still the nasty witch she was when she kept Sonny from his family.
Nina will have no one to blame but herself when Willow finds out — and she will — that Drew and Nina slept together. Multiple times. While Willow was confiding in her mother about those stolen kisses and her budding feelings for Drew.
I also think Nina isn’t thinking about the kids and how much they love their father. It’s disgusting that she would rather the family be ripped apart than try to help Willow save her marriage by being honest with her daughter about Drew.
Nina is blinded by her own selfish need to have Willow and the kids all to herself. That’s never going to happen because those kids have a father who will fight for them.
Yep. Nina is truly a hideous person.
It is interesting how Nina only views Willow’s and Michael’s situation as an opportunity to remove what she feels is an obstacle, Michael, from her relationship with Willow and her grand kids. I don’t think Willow’s well being means anything to Nina. Nina is all about Nina.
Bingo! This comment was spot on.
I get the same feeling! Nina is selfishly thinking about herself and how this awful situation benefits her not what’s best for Willow or even the kids.
Nina is a bad mother. A good mother would put her relationship with her daughter on the line for the sake of ensuring her daughter understood what kind of man she was throwing her husband and family away for.
She’s also flaky. A couple of months ago wasn’t she trying to distract Drew so he wouldn’t break up Willow’s family?
Liz, Tamilu and all the poster’s have a wonderful Christmas!!!๐๐๐๐๐
Same to you! ๐
Thanks.
You too, Bella!!
๐๐๐๐๐
Merry Christmas to you Bella and all the other posters! Liz, Tamilu and Dan too of course.
oops I forgot Dan
How dare you! ๐๐๐ Merry Christmas, Bella!
Sorry, Dan Merry Christmas!!!!!!!
I think Michael will be sent to prison for insider trading
I think that also.
I hope they have him flee the country instead, I hate the idea of having Michael go back to prison after what he went through there. It would almost be as sadistic of the showrunners as the near-continuous torture they write for Sasha!
Oh, good point!
My hope is that Michael takes the kids and flees the country.
I agree with you. Two weeks ago, I would have said the opposite, but after seeing how determined Nina is to keep Michael away from those kids and how willow is being complicit in it, theyโre not leaving him with much choice.
Wouldn’t that also open Curtis up to the same charges since he and Michael were working together?
Not to mention that they’ve already used the “insider trading” line, not that they don’t recycle ideas with regularity. Technically, what Curtis and Michael did was “stock manipulation”. In that regard, Curtis would have more culpability since he is the CEO and he released the inaccurate information. Michael could just say that he bought the stock to stop the share price decline which is a common practice.
Do we know what the timeline is for Michael leaving? Sending him to prison seems like it would take a long time.
Conversely, having him flee the country–especially with the kids–seems like it would have to happen really fast. Sasha is not going to be able to keep her pregnancy secret for very much longer. It would be completely out of character for Michael to leave her and their child hanging. Especially when he could very well win any custody battle that may take place with Willow. And he JUST said he’s not going to keep his kids from their mother. So it would be a rapid turnaround for him to split with the kids so fast he doesn’t have time to find out Sasha is pregnant.
Then again, this is why the decision not to recast is so surprising–it’s hard to come up with a believable scenario in which Michael leaves the canvas. I just don’t seem him being presumed dead when various family members are already mourning Sam and Dex and his parents have already lost a child. Coma–he’s already done that. Honestly, the most likely scenario would be for him to leave town WITH Willow so they can work on their marriage and family without the stress of their interfering relatives. Again though, it would have to happen so fast he doesn’t find out about Sasha. And there are no indications Katelyn MacMullen is leaving the show as far as anyone knows.
๐๐โ๏ธ๐ช๐ซยก Feliz Navidad, Y’All! ๐ซ๐ชโ๏ธ๐๐
This week on “The Dead Boyfriend’s Club”!
~~~~
Random Thoughts, jotted down as I viewed…
So let’s see…. on Halloween, Sam inexplicably died, no thanks to the Staff at GH, none of whom could figure out how to wear a stethoscope, (yeah I can still can’t get over that) and then suddenly it’s Christmas and Dex dies inexplicably and of course no one in the Hospital Room trying to revive him is wearing a stethoscope either.
At least they were Consistently Ineffective!!
Thank the Deity of Your Choice Eden McCoy knows how to shed real tears, without excessive Fake Weeping, Wailing and Gnashing of Teeth.
Perhaps Joss can give Trina Crying Lessons for when her *next* Boyfriend gets Killed Off.
(Run, Gio!! Run, Kai!! Get the Hell Outta Dodge while Y’All can!!)
Betcha Cam’s glad he decided go to College Three Thousand Miles Away!
But as we all know it wouldn’t be Holiday Time in Port Charles if Someone’s Loved One (or Two) didn’t Inexplicably Kick the Bucket.
Loved the scenes with NuLulu and her StepMomster, and I love the way Tracy kicked Drew and Ned out.
Face it, I love all scenes with Tracy!!
~~~
So how come NuLulu isn’t in the Opening Credits yet?
I must say that while Alexa Havins bears a Striking Resemblance to Original Recipe Lulu, I think she’s overcompensating for something. She needs to tone down the Snark a bit, even if BLQ is involved.
I did enjoy Brooky’s retort to NuLulu’s Post-Coma Bitchiness.
Speaking of BLQ, I still think there’s gonna be another Inexplicable Adult Baby Reveal.
Everyone suspects it’s Gio.
I hope we’re wrong, but we’re usually right.
~~~~
Tad/Smarty and Mayor/Sister Laura’s Conversation re: Jason/Anna’s Abduction and Finding Charlotte was rather amusing.
Oh yeah, let’s bring Uncle Smiley into this.
I’m sure he’ll be a BIG help.
Ric and Lucky’s SnarkFest was a bit of a Hoot as well!!
“Lucky used to be a Cop! He can help!,” Sez Liz to Ric.
Yeah, he used to be a Drug Addict as well!!
However, he was NEVER an Attorney, and that’s what Liz needs.
Sasha and Sonny’s Church Chat was Tedious.
Ok, it’s the Anniversary of Liam’s Death (Because it wouldn’t be Christmas in Port Charles without Dead Babies),
and they made sure that Everyone would see Sonny donating Mass Quantities of Festive Goods to “Ten Families In Need”, and now Everyone can Grovel and Kiss Sonny’s Butt.
Blecch.
Is Sasha gonna tell Sonny he’s going to be a (Step) Grandpa again?
Terrific, why does everyone practically SHOUT their Prayers in this Church?
Now that Creepy Dude who kidnapped Sasha once before has some REAL Bait!!
Sidwell. That’s his name.
How quickly we forget.
~~~
Weepy Anna’s back!!
This time she’s blaming herself for Dex’s Untimely Demise.
It’s really Joss and Trina’s Fault.
Anyone Joss or Trina dates who’s a Rookie on the PCPD Clown Squad Will Die.
It’s a Fact.
(Oscar and Spencer were Random Casualties)
Anna has NOTHING to do with it, even if she DID shoot Charlotte.
~~~
Next, on “All My Children!”
Wait, no, wasn’t that show canceled by ABC in 2011?
So what’s Tad, Babe, and Erica doing on GH?
(I’ve heard Erica Kane’s name mentioned a few times recently, so chances are she’ll be popping in for a visit?)
Why not invite Dastardly Doctor David Hayward to GH for a spell (or two?)
Looks like Vincent Irizarry isn’t doing much these days.
~~~
EwDrewQ and Brillo need to Just Go Away.
I’m surprised folks don’t just punch Drew in the face the minute they see him.
I know I want to.
What a Slimeball Creep.
Bordering on Psychotic.
Perfect for Washington DC.
~~~
I really hope Carly gives Drew a Good Swift Kick in the Gonads.
As a matter of fact I’d like to see every woman in Port Charles line up to do just that, one after the other one two three ::BOOT:: one two three ::BOOT:: one two three ::BOOT::!
What a Celebration that would be.
Oh terrific now Brillo invites Drew to Ninny’s for Christmas Eve!
That’s going to go over real big.
I was hoping Ninny would give him a warning ::BOOT:: in the Gonads the minute he gets there.
“Oh Hi EwDrew! ” ::BOOT::
“Now stay away from Brillo!”
Honestly, Ninny hiring Smarty prematurely and having Michael served with separation papers (do they even exist?) is a bit absurd.
And Stupid Ass Willow is actually letting it happen.
~~~~
It was good seeing Cam.
Betcha he’s glad he’s going to be in San Trope (or Wherever) with his New Babe, Gretchen.
A Cellist, eh? She and Gio might hit it off, too bad she’s not sticking around.
Then Cam can get back together with Joss….NO!!
RUN CAM RUN!!!
Get on that Plane!!! Fly awayyyy from Port Charles if you know what’s good for you!!!
~~~
When is Sasha going to tell Mikey she has His Bun in Her Oven?
Before, or after Sidwell Re-Kidnaps her?
~~~
I, too, loved the scenes with Tracy and Stone Cold.
I loved the scenes with Tracy and Sasha, especially when Tracy Genuinely Apologized.
Face it, I Love Tracy!
~~~
It was nice of Uncle PorkPie ( Wait! He changed his hat!) to reappear for a Family Christmas Eve, but where’s Taggert?
Has Trina totally forgotten about her Original Daddy?
~~~
I guess Ric and Ava got their finances straightened out?
They had a Hot Date at Some Fancy Place before Ninny Summoned.
Yep, too bad Alexis called Ric.
There’s a Couple who definitely hold my interest!!
Ric is way better with Ava than Nik ever was! (From Nik to Ric? Yep, Keep it Simple!)
~~~~
I’m glad Carly brought Brennan over for dinner.
Too bad Sonny is too much of a Tool to shake his hand!!
~~~
I’m hoping for some Fun Episodes this week, even if it is Short One!
The only reason I have doubts about Gio being BLQ’s kid is that I don’t see any kind of recognition in BLQ of her maternal connection to Gio. If he is her son, she doesn’t seem to be aware of it.
Liz, I have just one more question to ask you. What did you think of Nina convincing willow to bring the kids to her house? Some people have said they think that because Nina has been kept away from the kids in the past, that she was valid in assuming that Michael and his family would do the same thing to willow. I personally think this situation is totally different than the situation where Nina was kept from the kids. What are your thoughts?
The biggest problem with your last web site at this point, for me as a user, is that it is so slow. It just stops loading while I am reading or trying to post and will not start up again for 5-10 minutes. And I am using a laptop with fast internet. I do not have the patience for that. I am glad you are here on this site and we can discuss GH. As for GH this week, I agree that Tracy is must-watch and I never skip her scenes. I still love Nancy Grahn, but please give her a real story (maybe that is for next week’s column.) Lulu is getting on my nerves at this point. I could use some of her old softness instead of all this anger and demanding everything of everyone. Dr. Gannon is wow. Ric and Ava too. See you next week.
Lulu always got on my nerves, with her classic Spencer arrogance and snottiness. Emme Rylan was a bit softer but NuLulu is just like Original Lulu.
