General Hospital Commentary: Sign Your Name Across My Heart

General Hospital Commentary: Sign Your Name Across My Heart

Love is in the air, but it wouldn’t be a soap opera if things weren’t messy. It’s time to discuss all the pairings and possibilities in an all-new General Hospital commentary for the week ending March 13, 2026.

Readers, back in the late 80’s, there was a dude named Terence Trent D’Arby and he released the song Sign Your Name (Across My Heart). On first listen, I made a U-turn, drove to the mall and bought his album. This song has stuck with me over the years and this week it applied to so many General Hospital blossoming couples, that I had to give it a shout out.

If you want to listen, I highly recommend it. Here are the lyrics:

Fortunately, you have got
Someone who relies on you
We started out as friends
But the thought of you just caves me in
The symptoms are so deep
It is much too late to turn away
We started out as friends
Sign your name across my heart
I want you to be my baby
Sign your name across my heart
I want you to be my lady

Romance is in the air. Here are our current couples:

  • Carly and Valentin – Started out as friends. (Now lovers)
  • Jason and Britt – Started out as friends. (Now lovers)
  • Emma and Gio – Started out as friends (Now lovers)
  • Cody and Molly – Started out as friends (Now lovers)
  • Lulu and (Not) Nathan – Started out as friends (Now officially involved)
  • Dante and Liz – Started out as friends (Predict they will soon be lovers)
  • Charlotte and Danny – Started out as cousins… Ew.

The day that Valentin and Carly finally fell into each other’s arms on General Hospital, I screamed, “YES!” at the TV like Sally did at the diner with Harry.

I have been waiting for this moment since Carly started hiding Valentin in her attic and I saw their mad chemistry. Do you follow Laura Wright on social media? She posted an old photo of the two of them from years ago, and it delighted me to know they have known each other all these years and are now a soapy supercouple. Yes, I said supercouple because I believe they have that sort of potential. When they woke up next to each other the morning after and Valentin purred, “Do we think this was a mistake?” I said, “NOPE. Not a mistake at all.” James Patrick Stuart is such a honey.

Fire And Passion

The fire of Carly and the passion of Valentin combusted onto our screens like an explosion of Must-See TV. And if you don’t like them together, you’re just wrong. Yes, their involvement complicates things, but so what? An uncomplicated life is dull. Valentin asked Carly if she made love to him because she wanted to or because it would hurt Jack. She asked, “What if it’s both?” and just as they leaned into each other for another steamy kiss, Jason came bursting into her bedroom. Very soapalicious.

Valentin and Carly’s secret isn’t a secret anymore. Jason, Joss, Charlotte and Danny all know that Valentin is there, so it won’t be long until Brennan, Cullum, and the entirety of Port Charles knows it, too.

Lots Of Soapy Possibilities

Will Carly end up in prison forever? No, of course not. Will Valentin? Well, it depends on which other projects he is filming and if he needs time off, I suppose. But someone is going to die, and I hope it’s Cullum, and Pascal. But let Sidwell escape for later villainy, he’s too compelling of a villain to kill off in my humble opinion.

I think the soapiest twist in this storyline would be if the ultimate villain was Jerry Jacks, Joss’ uncle! Wouldn’t that be soap magic if Sebastion Roche popped up? And then, finally recast Jax with some dreamy Aussie and give Joss a dad again. Since the lawsuit Ingo Rademacher filed was dismissed, I don’t think ABC would have any legal reason to keep them from resurrecting and recasting the role.

But that’s just a daydream. I have a lot of them. I want rid of Sidwell and crew because I want either Valentin and Charlotte or Nikolas Cassadine to come back and reclaim Wyndemere. Spoon Island needs Cassadines.

But things are about to go all topsy turvy. Steve Burton is going on hiatus from General Hospital and without Jason in the mix, I am not certain which way the story will swing. Britt mentioned having to disappear, so it would appear she is leaving with Jason especially after that goodbye scene with Rocco.

I hope this storyline doesn’t whimper out like the Pikeman storyline, Jagger’s murder, and so many other storylines before all because they just couldn’t stick the landing.

A Bright Spot

One of the highlights of this story for me is the newfound collaboration and mutual admiration between Lucas and Britt. When Britt asked what Brad would think if he saw those two former enemies working together, I had hoped it was a sign of things to come.

While I love the relationship between Lucas and Marco, I don’t trust Marco to ultimately choose Lucas over his daddy Sidwell. Marco has secrets from Lucas and secrets from his dad, as he is working to take down Sonny on the side.

I swear, Sonny has done a lot of bad things, but this week he was again blamed for two things he had nothing to do with.

Sonny did not kill Natalia or harm her in any way. He was also not responsible for Morgan’s death. Morgan was killed by a car bomb meant for Julian Jerome after stealing Julian’s car. It’s actually on Ava for switching Morgan’s bi-polar pills and causing him to spiral out. But Joss and Marco are both blaming Sonny for the deaths of two people he genuinely didn’t have anything to do with. In fact, here’s proof in case you think I am remembering wrong.

Revisionist History

Sometimes it bothers me when the writers rewrite General Hospital history, but I understand not everyone has been watching this show for four decades as I have. Perhaps most viewers won’t remember. But there are a lot who do remember, and as shallow as it seems, these stories matter to us. Sonny is an imperfect man, a flawed character, but we know about his abusive childhood, his escape into the mob as a means of safety, we know about his code and what he would and wouldn’t do.

The Marco storyline bugs me because when Natalia came on the show, neither of her kids could stand her, and now Marco is willing to commit a plethora of crimes and put a hit on someone to avenge her death? If she were still alive, she would be judging him for being gay and attacking his relationship with Lucas just like she did with Kristina and Blaze. Make it make sense.

Speaking of Kristina, the grand reopening of Charlie’s Pub is coming up, and I loved the scene where she went to Jacinda for help with a cute outfit for the event. Hearing that Nathan Dean (formerly Parsons) is coming back makes me hope he shows up to her grand opening, sees her in her cute outfit and is instantly smitten. She had such a crush on him when she was a kid, but their age difference mattered way more back then than it would now.

And before you tell me that Kristina is gay, I would argue that she’s bisexual as she has had relationships with both men and women over the years on General Hospital. I would personally love to see her and Ethan have a go of it as adults after she crushed on him so hard as a teenager!

Molly’s Health Troubles

Meanwhile, Kristina’s sister Molly had a terrible flare up of her endometriosis this week, and to be honest, for a minute I had forgotten that Molly had it. When she started having stomach cramps, I thought, “Uh-oh, she’s pregnant.” It would be very soapy if she got pregnant after thinking she couldn’t conceive.

That actually happened to a friend of mine. The doctors told her and her husband that she couldn’t have children, so they adopted a child. Then a year later, she got pregnant and had a perfectly healthy baby. But this was not that. Molly doubled over and collapsed, and Cody convinced her to go to General Hospital.

Cowboy Cody Cringe

Molly and Cody have such promise, but the writing for them can make me cringe. They write Cowboy Cody as terribly insecure, so he takes everything as an, “Oh no, this means Molly doesn’t want me, doesn’t trust me, etc.” And Molly’s insecurity, “If I tell Cody I can’t have kids, he will dump me even though we just started dating.” My God these two need counseling.

Another family that needs serious counseling is the Drew and Willow Cain family.

Readers, you know I have detested Drew for quite a while, but I felt a small amount of sympathy for him when Scout arrived, and his eyes welled up with tears. Kudos to Cameron Matheson for doing such compelling eye work. That sounds like a joke, but it isn’t. Right now, Drew has locked-in syndrome and can only communicate with his eyes, and I feel he is doing an incredible job with those two beautiful eyeballs. I have detected fear and desperation and emotional pain watching his daughter walk in and being unable to communicate with her.

I swore that Drew could never be redeemed, but — if the General Hospital writers choose to redeem him through this storyline — I can see a way back for him.

Redemption

If Drew comes out of this and instantly starts plotting revenge for all who have wronged him, I will hate him again instantly. But if he emerges from this, realizes the error of his ways, makes an apology tour, makes peace with Jason, Danny, Tracy, Alexis, etc., I will find my way to forgive him. I used to love Drew when Billy Miller played him, and I even loved the beginnings of Drew with Cameron Matheson when Sam was still alive, and he came home with Scout on his heart. Why the writers decided to make him such a twisted villain is beyond me. While it has been soapy good fun at times, it got unbearable to watch until Willow jabbed him in the neck with a needle.

Willow got so much more than she bargained for. She got out from under Drew’s controlling thumb and is now, under Sidwell’s thumb, Ezra’s thumb, and Nina’s thumb to unravel her from her debt to Jack Brennan. Laura tried to steer Willow towards acting on behalf of her constituents, but Sidwell dropped by to make it clear that Willow answers to him and should follow Ezra Boyle’s instructions.

Poor Scout

Now Willow is being forced to move Scout back home, which will hamper her torture sessions with Drew if Scout is there with her sad little face looking on. Cosette Abinante is doing a wonderful job portraying a very wounded young lady. Scout has lost her mom, lost contact with her brother and now has a paralyzed dad. Will Drew find a way to communicate with her to get help? Why Sidwell wants Scout there is curious to me. Is it really the reason he gave Willow? For political appearances? That seems suspect.

Maybe Willow will be the one to take out Sidwell. Does he realize how handy she is with a needle? I bet Katelynn MacMullen is having a ball with all of this.

Now, a topic of heated debate. I love Kirsten Storms and I am thrilled she is back on General Hospital. But Maxie was driving me nuts this week.

Maxie woke up. She took about four seconds to decide she was staying with Spinelli. We saw zero moments of weeping or of Maxie being tortured over an impossible decision. She saw Nathan at the cemetery, hugged him, went home and announced to Spinelli that she chose him.

But as soon as Lulu and Nathan confessed, they had feelings for one another, Maxie went ballistic. She criticized Nathan over developing feelings for Lulu in six months, when six months after Nathan supposedly died, Maxie had feelings for Nathan’s brother Peter! And truthfully, Nathan might be Peter. I mean, did you see the guy try to bat? But after Maxie boldly declared, “Lulu is MINE!” to Nathan, by the end of the week, the three of them had come to some sort of peace.

Hot Topic

This was definitely a hot topic on X (formerly Twitter). Many people are on Team “Girl Code”, and many people are on Team Tracy. Tracy said, “Maxie doesn’t get to keep all the toys.”

@TOCFAN said, “Nathan was right, she chose Spinelli (happy she did) so what is he supposed to do?”

@areleneandsam1 said, “You’re not ruffling my feathers, I 100% agree with you.”

@rundem had another POV, “It’s the fact he and her ‘best friend’ are together. Time for Brook Lynn to take that place, Lulu can no longer call herself a friend.”

We soap fans sure like to debate, don’t we?

Fast-track Storytelling

This storyline is moving so fast, which is the opposite of how things on soaps. They usually go at a snail’s pace. I feel like this storyline was intended to be longer and more in depth before General Hospital had to pivot when Steve Burton decided to take a break.

Maxie’s homecoming would have been a bigger storyline, the debate between partners would have taken longer, and the resolution would have taken more than two days. But I get that the writers are rearranging all the pieces on the Port Charles chess board and rewriting all the storylines.

For example, Chase being on deputy duty. I feel like with the investigation into Delilah and her family and the upcoming murder case of whoever Jason said he is going to kill on his way out of town (from next week’s previews), the Port Charles Police Department may need more than one detective.

As angry as I have been with Chase, I confess I melted when he sang to Deliliah’s baby at the end of Friday’s episode. This feels very much like a storyline designed to give Chase and Brook Lynn that baby they want to adopt. They are both getting very attached to her, so I hope the real dad doesn’t show up and claim her right as they about to sign adoption papers.

All My Children

It seems Curtis is gunning for Sonny’s magic sperm title as he has apparently impregnated both Jordan and Portia. Unless Portia lied about the paternity test, which is a distinct possibility. If so, Curtis better take his house back from her. Aunt Stella found Jordan’s pregnancy test, so she will definitely have something to say on the matter.

By the way, if you watch Shrinking, you will see Vernee Johnson playing the mother of Jessica Williams, and she’s as delightfully feisty as ever.

Brava, Bluesy

A big shout out to Bluesy Burke for her spectacularly accurate portrayal of an annoyed teenager. Her eye rolls alone are Emmy worthy. I love that Charlotte is so savvy and is on to Nina and able to escape her guards and milk an internship with Crimson to get dirt to pass on to her dad. She’s a perfect Cassadine child and my money is on her to outsmart Nina.

Now that Charlotte knows that Willow shot Drew and got away with it, who knows how she will use it to free her father. Can she coerce Willow into contacting the governor to secure a pardon for Valentin? I wouldn’t put it past her.

Trouble Looms

With Jason leaving town — and only the promises of Michael, Tracy and Alexis to keep an eye on Danny — it’s only a matter of time before he and Charlotte do something dangerous or illegal.

Grateful for Jane Elliot

Readers, this week I was just feeling so thankful that we get to have Jane Elliot on our screens. When I first started watching General Hospital, I despised Tracy. The Tracy who withheld her dad’s heart medication while he lay (fake) dying on the ground because she was afraid of being cut out of the will, the Tracy who rode Monica night and day about not being good enough to be married to Tracy’s brother Alan, and the Tracy who was a neglectful mom to Ned and Dillon. But when Tracy met Luke, he changed her, just as she changed him.

Tracy softened, she became less judgmental, she found another gear to operate in, and now she is perfection. She hasn’t lost her bite, but she’s gained a beating heart and now I love her and I feel like every scene she is in is an absolute gift. Her heart-to-heart with Lulu this week was spot on, and I nodded my way through her advice. She truly is the matriarch of the Q family now, and also any lost lambs who come seeking her out. I love her character and am thankful to the writers for opening her up to us in such a sweet and charming way.

One More

Steve Burton and Laura Wright melt my heart in every Carly and Jason scene. Their goodbye scenes were powerful. Carly said, “I guess it won’t be Jason and Carly against the world this time.” And he replied, “It will always be Jason and Carly against the world.” Melt.

Last One

Dominic Zamprogna has been stellar. Dante’s realization that he let Lulu slip through his fingers was so realistic and moving. But here’s the thing. If Nathan isn’t really Nathan, maybe Dante will still be her end game. I don’t think Dante and Lulu are over forever.

Oh Wait

Ric and Sonny. Alexis is wrong. The brothers are vibing for real this time. With Jason leaving, Sonny needs someone beside him and for now, it’s his brother. I love seeing the two of them getting along.

Will Nathan go to the batting cages and practice, so he doesn’t look so awkward at James’ next practice? Will Charlotte raid the Crimson’s wardrobe closet to find disguises for Valentin? Is Carly going to be the third over 40 years of aged woman to get pregnant this week?

Will Fizz the dog be muzzled after biting people? Is Joss going stop leaving her gun out now that Valentin showed her how easy it was to steal it from her when she took her post-weightlifting shower?

Will Geo play both guitar and violin at Kristina’s open-mike night? Will Dante get the courage to ask Liz out instead of letting this love pass him by, too?

Is Valentin going to move his bags out of the attic now that he gets to sleep in a real bed? Will anyone ever go back to France to check on Anna now that Joss told Jack about Faison’s book and cigars in Cullum’s jacket? Will Aunt Liesl be back from her conference with her foam finger before Rocco’s baseball season starts?

Only tomorrow knows dear readers and I will tune in tomorrow as long as there are tomorrows.

You didn’t mention Sonny and Justine. They may not be a couple yet, but we ALL know it won’t be a one and done. And with Sonny’s magic sperm, might we see FOUR ladies pregnant at the same time? Portia, Jordan, Carly and Justine!

Can you explain WHY Chase has faced NO consequences for compromising evidence and interfering with a police investigation over that key?

And WHEN will the police find out Drew had the locks changed? The key on Michael’s keyring could NOT have opened the door to Drew’s house that night. Finding that out might, just might wake Chase up to the fact the key was indeed planted. He KNOWS it wasn’t him. Who else would have wanted to frame Michael? Willow. At least he might FINALLY figure out Michael is innocent after all, and he is wrong about Willow.

  2. Humor Me

A great point – why hasn’t Chase faced consequences for that key debacle?

The insta baby plot feels wrong. Not that I want to see an infant snatched from BLQ’s arms, but this set up stinks. That birth complication is survivable more so for the mother, not the baby in real life. I am not a happy viewer at this point due to all the contrived angst. It would have been believeable for a baby to have been surrendered in a baby box at the police station.

The pace is slowing again – and drawn out storylines are not conducive to keeping viewers. I am concerned for the show. I am seeing stunt returns that are not working. There are times I see the sparkle – the timing between Ric/ Sonn/ Alexis was perfect and had me laughing and glued as to what would come next.

I am taking bets that it is James who figures out the Nathan is not Nathan at this point. No one else is realizing this except for Britt – who has her own problems.

As we come to the Ides of March, I am wondering who will get stabbed – besides Drew. Something or someone has got to give for the sake of keeping the show going. Enough is enough.

Did Charlotte have a growth spurt or is she wearing 6 inch heels? . She seems a lot taller. Add her to the long list of people who know Willow shot Drew.

Nathan can’t swing a bat or hit a very slow pitch baseball. Another hint of NotNathan?

I was hoping that Sonny and Ric would reconcile, but if the writers follow through on a Dante/Liz pairing that will probably push Ric over the edge.

Saint Curtis signed over the house to Portia. He makes it seem like it was his house when they bought the house together and after 2-3 years, I doubt that they have much equity in the house anyway. Portia is just getting his share of the mortage. Curtis wasn’t exactly rolling in money when they bought the house.

Why is Chase at the hospital singing to the baby. He’s a patrolman, he should be somewhere patroling.

Finally, we don’t need more babies.

-I am SO on that Valentin and Carly ship with you and I agree they have super couple potential…now will the writers ruin it? For once I beg of them not to. They are super sexy, but they also connect emotionally so well. The actors are SO comfortable around each other, it shows. Most exciting pairing for me in well over a decade (and I’m not even a Carly fan)
-If Nik wants to come back, let him take Wyndemere….I feel that place has bad juju for the characters and couples that go there and should Val stick around (🙏) he just seems to fit so well at Carly’s.
-Screw the haters, while I’m meh on JaBritt, I do like Britt alot and I think she has brought new lufe and fun to the hospital scenes. Honestly SBu taking a break could only be a good thing for her.
-The Drew/Scout scenes got to me…for once they suceeded in making me feel bad for the a-hole. CM did a pretty good job in them too
-Loved Val and Joss and I want him to be the one to properly take Joss under his wing and teach her some WAB things

“Now that Charlotte knows that Willow shot Drew and got away with it, who knows how she will use it to free her father. Can she coerce Willow into contacting the governor to secure a pardon for Valentin? I wouldn’t put it past her.”

Oh this would be perfect. Too good for this show.

    Next, on “Weekend at EwDrew’s!”
Wallow should put some Aviator Shades on EwDrew, and have him grow a Porn Stache.
Or, I still say they should give him a Beeper and a Light like Captain Pike.
    At least he’d be amusing.
I see Wallow has invested in some Evil Eyeliner for her Latest Persona.
She’s laying it on Pretty Thick, too.

Okay, if Joss is supposed to be so Athletic and all, why is she doing Squats with a Kettle Bell while bending at the hips, leaning forward instead of doing a Proper Squat??
    My back hurts watching her!!
    Ow!
I’m really getting sick of Agent Barbie.

That was Real Cute the way Gio showed Emma How to Play Guitar in One Easy Lesson, however, he probably should have taught her to TUNE IT first!!
    Just saying.
    Yes, I play Guitar, too.

I love the way Everyone just walks into Carly’s House (Kitchen, Bedroom!) without knocking or anything.
Last week, it was Lulu and Charlotte, now Jason lets himself in and just walks into Carly’s Bedroom like he belongs there.
That Bowl O Moss needs to have a Camera installed.
Doesn’t she ever lock her doors?
I mean, I don’t, but then again I have Three Large Dogs and an Even Larger Husband.
Also, I’m not Harboring any Fugitives (at the Moment…though I’d Happily Harbor Val).
    ~~~
    So, how is Eye-Rolling Charlotte going to Avenge her Dad while Interning at Crimson?
    Will she Spill the Tea to Jacinda?
    This could be fun.
    Chick’s got Eye-Rolling down to a Fine Art!
    So, how will she Avenge Ninny and her Alliance with Droopy Dawg Brennan?
    After all, she IS a ReCastadine!!
    ~~~
    Molly Collapses.
Endometriosis? Or does Moly need to Pee on a Stick as well??
    Gimme a Break….
Now she’s talking about “never wanting kids” after the last fiasco blah bah blah…
    You know what THAT means!
    Enough with the Babies already.
    More Critters!!

    So, Fizz is In Trouble.
Technically, ALL Animal Bites must be reported to the Local Health Department (Wherever the Bite occurred), even if the person knows the Biting Critter.
Dante should have filled out an Animal Bite Form, and Liz should have faxed it to the Health Department.
I also notice he was never asked if he’d had a Tetanus Shot in the Past Ten Years.
Liz never asked if Fizz was Fully Vaccinated.
Also, Dante should have been assessed by an Attending Physician or at least a PA.
Unless Liz is an LPN or NP (she’s the “Head Nurse” but we don’t know what degrees she has, if any.)
    Just Saying.

I love Maxi, but she’s really being a Tool about this whole Not Nathan Thing.
James seems to have the most Mature Attitude of anyone involved.
Speaking of Not Nathan, he suddenly can’t hit a softball?
    ::Fascinating::
And was that the same Bat that Kai left at the Dawn of Drew House?
Or does the Clown Squad still have that one?

    I’m digging the ValCarly Pairing.
I’d like to see where this goes.
ADA Turner and The Teflon Don?
    Not So Much.
Sonny needs to stay Single for a while.
Take care of his Kids and Fizz.
    Justine’s too Gorgeous for him.
    (Justine/Justice? See that?)
I’d like to see her with Dante, and Liz with the *New and Improved* Slic Ric.
But, since The Writers Hate Us and We Can’t Have Nice Things…
I wish they would STOP with the Flashbacks of Justine and Sonny kissing.
All I can see is Sonny’s Turkey Neck.
I know, I Ain’t No Spring Chicken Myself, but Sonny has gotta be TWICE Turner’s age.
Actually, Nanzeen is 43 and Mo is 63.
    Still a 20 year gap.
    Blech.

I am glad that Britt and Lucas are getting along.
I hope she’s not going to be Off Screen along with Jason.
I know Steve has “Things to Do” for a bit, but Kelly just got back!!
    Arrgghh…
    And Liesl?
    Why is she leaving too?
Geez, we Really Can’t Have Nice Things, can we?

Suddenly Turner and Jordan are Besties?
Did Jordan Pee on a Stick yet, or did she leave it sticking out of her Tote Bag in her Apartment for Curtis or Anti-Stella to find?
Ack!! I typed that bfore the end of Friday’s Episode.
Of COURSE Anti-Stella found the Test!!
    So Effing Predictable.
And of COURSE Jordan runs to the Restroom at the Salon and Porthole makes Assumptions.
    Yep.
    Predictable.
It’s a Port Charles Baby Boom!!

I wonder if Kirsten Storms knitted that Sweater Vest Maxi was wearing??
    I betcha she did.

  6. Rita 2025

Romance is in the air. Here are our current couples:

The current list of couples appears to be missing a few, particularly the black ones. Don’t get me wrong; I only like Carly and Valentine, and Dante and Liz, who are on the list. I could potentially support Portia and Isaiah, and Liz and Ric, who aren’t on the list. I’m curious about how the list was created.🤷🏽‍♀️

The storyline involving WSB, Joss, Jason, Britt, Carly, Valentine, Brennan, and Cullum is still absurd and convoluted. Oh, and let’s not forget Sidwell, Marco, Lucas, and others who are somehow connected to this same storyline.

Chase, Britt, and Deliah’s storyline is incredibly unbelievable. I understand it’s a soap opera, but the beginning was over the top.

I’m deeply disappointed in how Scout keeps being used as a mere pawn by everyone.

I completely agree with your assessment of the Molly and Cody relationship. I genuinely hope that Kate Mansi’s direction of the endometriosis episodes will bring the storyline the justice it deserves. This show has a reputation for mishandling medical storylines.

As for Jordan’s pregnancy and kissing cousins, I am going to leave it here 🤬. It’s absurd that Curtis and Jordan are living together, yet he failed to notice the pregnancy tests protruding from her bag the other day, while Aunt Stella finds it immediately.

  7. Ruthie

Nathan is not just into Lulu. He is totally uninterested in Maxie. He is not in love with her for no reason we can figure out. He did not ask for her when he woke up months ago, he didn’t visit her, want to hold her, long for her. Nothing. It’s like she is just some previous acquaintance from a distant past. No wonder Maxie has not chosen him. She is baffled at his lack of feelings and pretty angry that he doesn’t care about her any more. But why would she want to be with a man who treats her so coldly? Something is very off about Nathan.

  8. Kam

I’m not surprised by Sidwell’s demand that Willow move Scout back into the house. To be honest, even before Willow became councilwoman, I actually thought she herself would want Scout to live with her so that it would look good for her custody battle that she was looking after her stepdaughter. Obviously that didn’t happen because they came to an agreement with the custody, but after she became councilwoman, it makes sense that Sidwell believes that Scout living with Willow and Drew would support the idea of a strong family unit to the constituents.

  9. CeeGee

I too am loving Sonny and Ric feeling their way toward a true brother relationship. They were both traumatized in different ways as kids and it’s always bothered me when they would write Ric as a one-note villain. Those scenes have really gotten me, and both actors are killing it! Now I’m waiting for Alexis to see it too (I loved them together back in the day.)

I also choked up at the Jason-Carly farewell.

One other thing that struck me as something that will lead somewhere is Jacinda all of a sudden demanding kickbacks from designers and advertisers for doing her basic job. Poor Michael is being suckered yet again. Can we please get Rory an acting partner worthy of his talents, and Michael a counterpart worthy of him?
