This portion of the Board is called Television , I don't watch any other soaps but does anyone else ? Also is anyone looking forward to Beyond the Gates ? I actually don't have traditional ways to watch TV so I'm not sure I will be able to watch the new soap but I wish them well ! Not sure what other shows people might like to discuss

I also watch Emmerdale and Coronation Street, as well as a bunch of the nighttime and streaming shows. I'm a sucker for the medical shows - the Resident, Chicago Med, Transparent, Brilliant Minds, Doc.

Emmerdale I never got into ! It's been about 6 yrs + since I watched Corrie but I did love that show . Short version I live in a rural area ( Canada) we only had Satellite & it kept getting more & more expensive so we quit main stream viewing . We use a site that streams Movies & TV shows after they are aired called Flixtor plus Net Felix. My hubby is retired x-ray tech so he doesn't want to watch medicle shows although we did watch House . We do Reality TV Crime Drama a mix of things

I'm so excited that we are getting a new soap, so I fully intend to watch Beyond The Gates.

I watch all kinds of shows. My guilty pleasures are Sister Wives (I'm Team Ex-Sister Wives Club) and the 90-Day Fiancé franchise. I also love Finding Your Roots, and Antiques Roadshow.

My favorite shows though (besides General Hospital) are:

The Gilded Age (I can't wait for the next season)
House of the Dragon (Ditto)
Stranger Things
Bridgerton
Law and Order franchise

I'm also a huge fan of the ID (Investigation Discovery) channel because I love crime documentaries. People Magazine Investigates is my favorite.

When I need inspiration for a home improvement project, I'll binge on home improvement shows, and when I need to clean, I put on Hoarders. LOL

I love Investigative Reports . There is a show called Accident Suicide or Murder that's good . Also if you like Antiques Roadshow . The Repair shop is great & so heartwarming it's English plus there's an English pottery competition. I read all the trending tweets on Sister Wives so I feel like I know that show . I just got a new Roku TV I need to investigate . It's hookup to PS 5 and my hubby's computer so it's a steep learning curve ! Right now I'm into Married AT First Sight Australia.( Plus other Mafs) Traitors Deal or No Deal Island & Mr Beast game show. I will say I love watching matchmaking shows . Indian Matchmaking was so beautiful production wise

Sister Wives really got interesting when the wives started to leave Kody -- and Sobbin Robin. I've watched it since Season 1 Episode 1, and I have zero doubt that Robin came into that mix with the intention of stealing the show and becoming the favorite wife. She's only ever been about Robin never the other wives, and it shows not only in how she went about picking a wedding dress (with Kody), but in the superficial interactions she's had with each of the wives since the beginning, including Meri.

Twitter X got way better when the comments were about the wives leaving and standing up to Kodi !

Hit submit to early . The most interesting to me regarding Sister Wives was the psychology of the wives . The land division who got what . IIRC Meri did all the accounting book work but she merely lived in a trailer on the land , while ARobin & Just got a big house on a majority of f the land . Robin basically staying home while the other wives worked out side the house
