Charles Measure Out !
I've never started a post before so here goes ! I don't think this is a spoiler? I'm very sad CM has left the show ! The Jackly situation ship was actually making me like Carly ! I guess we can't have nice things . I don't know the replacement. Wait & see I guess

Ugh. I'm so freaking disappointed that CM is out as Brennan. I loved him and this chemistry with Carly. All we got was one measly kiss goodbye, I guess. I agree; we can't have nice things.

I'm going to keep an open mind about the recast, but it's going to depend on the chemistry between the actors. Also, will Brennan still have his sexy Aussie accent?

I feel the same way. Carly is such a headstrong character and she finally met someone who she absolutely sizzles with. I am so disappointed to be losing CM, but am excited for him at the same time. I think half the fun of acting would be the putting of yourself into different people and bringing them to life, and I hope his next venture is a lot of fun for him. I'm just sorry for me, because I was enjoying this pairing.

I think that the biggest shame is that of the two couples who I thought were the most promising:

Anna and Valentin
Carly and Brennan

Both leading men were written as being of Pikeman, draining any reason to root for a character we like with them. I won't even touch on the overnight regression of Valentin who learned and grew, and wanted to be a better man for his daughter. It's as though we were back on Cassadine Island and he was simply one note evil.

I agree. CM is a wonderful actor. Kudos to him.

I'm sad as well because AJH...John Cates had sooooo much potential with Carly as well & they squandered that character for what reason ? So viewers spend the rest of their days wondering what happened with Stone Jr .
All the lost opportunities. Especially since Brennan was great with Joss too !
